Fantastic clean hotel in a great location. Staff very friendly but with limited English. Great security system which requires your room key card to use lifts to get to your room. Breakfast was standard Thai choice but what was on offer was tasty and nicely presented.

Room #704 ~ 3 x Nights ~ Booked via Agoda Another Excellent stay at our Fave hotel in Pattaya... Staff are SO Helpful and Friendly. Room is large and quiet and recently painted. Lots of Free car parking. 2 minute walk to Pattaya Central Beach. No late night Bar noise is heard from this room :) Many Eating places around the hotel and of course Bars are never far away. We reckon this is the best located Hotel in the Central area.....

First time at hotel, big room with balcony, safe, desk and large bathroom. The balcony features a table and 2 chairs, if you smoke there is a ashtray. Lots of english tv channels. Big closet but bring extra hangers and just leave them there after your holiday is over, Its super convenient to beach 3 min or Cental mall 7 min walk, they only mishap i had was Sept 9th 4:45 am when the houseboy knocked at me door 511 and had a McDonalds order, which i did not order, i was sound asleep. Saff are good, hotel is very clean, Maids are super and have fun

Room # 604 x 3 Nights - Booked via Agoda ( No Breakfast included ) Agoda was NOT offering Breakfast included in Room rate when we booked. It's only 3.5 months since we were last here. Price of Breakfast has since increased by 67% ( now 250 baht per person ) Everything else the same, Great Staff, Quiet Location, many bars and places to eat within 4 min walk and Beach just across the road. We simply went to Big C Food Court for our Breakfast... Great Value... We will be back......

The location of the hotel was superb, it was exactly 1km to 1.5 kms from Walking street and lot of shops and eateries when you come out of this hotel's street (soi 10). I stayed in room 317 which is a Suite room for 4 nights and the room was very spacious. I actually booked 3 rooms cos we were a family of 6 adults and 1 kid. Even though my high floor request was not met, we were still ok with it. Everything was good until the 4th night. The hotel gave room 318 to some guys who had brought some girls to their rooms and we could literally hear everything inside their room. The hotel guys should have some commonsense of giving rooms to bachelors next to families. It was 2.30am at night and these rooms didnt have even 1% sound proof. Luckily they slept by 4am and we were able to sleep again. I didnt report this incident to the hotel reception cos I was checking out the next day and the hotel staff's hardly spoke english. If the 4th night incident didnt happen, I would have rated this hotel a 5 star for its location and spacious rooms. Unfortunately, it changed my impression and I will not recommend or stay here anymore.
